Start this year’s Potato Day with fresh air, good company, and a taste of what’s ahead for AVLT’s Coffman Ranch. Stretch your legs with a pre-starch stroll to the banks of the Roaring Fork River, where you will hear a few stories from the land’s history and take in the sights and sounds of the ranch.Then enjoy coffee and donuts while AVLT shares design concepts outlining the next steps for Coffman Ranch’s activation as an ambassador for conservation.
We’ll wrap up in time for everyone to head into town for the Potato Day Parade at 10am, with a little extra inspiration and connection to the land that’s vital to Carbondale’s story.
