About this Event

This is a 45 minute pre/postnatal full body workout. "Whether you just found out you are expecting or your little ones are now toddling around the house, this full body is geared towards women in all stages of motherhood. We will utilize light weights, bands, and body weight to help set your body up for success for all that motherhood throws at you." This workout is for all skill levels and modifications will be provided as needed. Jordan Williams is a mom herself and certified pre/postnatal fitness specialist with over 6 years experience working with women of all ages out of Built To Bloom, an all women training studio in Central Florida.

When: Sunday April 13th

Time: 10am-11am. Please arrive 10 minutes early to secure your spot on the floor

Items to Bring: Sweat Towel, and Water
