Pre/Post Natal Pilates Workshop | Sunday 1st September 2024 | 12.30-3pm | In Rathfarnham Studio and Online via Livestream broadcast | €195 (includes course notes). This workshop shall review the benefits of doing Pilates pre/post natal. Each trimester will be considered individually and what needs to be added or eliminated to ensure a safe and effective programme. High risk pregnancies and postural changes to the body will be reviewed. There will be both movement and note taking in this workshop. A certificate of attendance from Pilates Performance will be issued.
