By attending the Cookies & Co. Bake Sale, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Photographs and Videos: Cookies & Co. or its designated representatives may take photographs, videos, or audio recordings during the event. These materials may include images or recordings of attendees, and your participation in the event constitutes your consent to be filmed, photographed, or recorded.
- Use of Media: Cookies & Co. may use any images, video, or audio captured during the event for promotional purposes, including on social media, websites, printed materials, advertisements, and other media. This use may include but is not limited to: social media posts, event recaps, promotional campaigns, and website content.
- Publicity Rights: By attending the event, you grant Cookies & Co. a perpetual, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to use your likeness, voice, or image in any media or promotional materials related to the event without compensation.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the event staff upon arrival.

- Health and Safety Guidelines: All attendees must adhere to any health and safety protocols in place at the event, including, but not limited to, mask-wearing, social distancing, or sanitation requirements if applicable.
- Liability for Personal Injury: Attendees participate at their own risk. Cookies & Co. is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during the event.

4. Purchases and Refunds
- All sales of baked goods or other items at the event are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for purchases made at the bake sale.
- Prices for baked goods or other items are set by the vendors, and all transactions are between the attendee and the vendor.

5. Conduct at the Event
- Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner toward other guests, vendors, and event staff.
- Any disruptive behavior, including but not limited to harassment, foul language, or non-compliance with event rules, may result in removal from the event without a refund.

6. Event Modifications or Cancellations
Cookies & Co. reserves the right to modify or cancel the bake sale event at any time, including due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather, or other factors beyond our control.
In the event of a cancellation, all efforts will be made to notify attendees as soon as possible, though we do not guarantee a refund for any pre-purchased items.
