I think being a mom is something amazing that deserves to be celebrated. So that's why I'm celebrating Mother's Day a whole week early...I'm kicking off Mother's Day week! woo! Plus that way I get to be the first one to give you a Mother's Day present! lol jk ;p This special Mother's Day themed Class includes a free self-care themed gift bag for all moms who attend! So bring your moms, it will be fun! :) One last thing before you go, if you ARE a mom (since moms like to be informed in regards to their kids): your kiddo(s) can workout with us and get their wiggles out with a custom kids workout plan just for them, or utilize enriching fun activities provided by me and we will make sure you get a good workout mama bear. I am super duper happy to do either one! whatever works for you personally. :D go team!)
