Please note: effective June 2023 total class cost will be $1295. ($600 when signing up online and $695 when receiving books. We are absorbing credit card fees and you will not be charged for them.)

This is the final 64 hours needed for the 116-hour real estate licensing course. Register now to reserve your spot. Pay only when picking up materials for this class. Dates can be changed without penalty. The student has one year to attend this class from the time they complete the online portion. (They have six months to complete online without purchasing an extension)

To qualify to attend you must have completed the first 54-hours online, including the final test. Once you qualify by completing online you receive an email of completion. Without that email, you have not qualified to attend.

You must attend all 8 sessions in front of your camera and using a microphone. Class 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (one hour off for lunch each day), four times a week for two weeks. You must attend all 8 sessions.

Four days a week (M TU TH FR) for two weeks.

We do not meet on Wednesday except for a possible make-up day. (June 21 if needed)

June 2023 dates - must attend all 8 dates:

June 12, 13, 15, 16, 19, 20, 22, 23

If attending on ZOOM: Zoom attendees must be present, in front of a camera and with microphone access during all the hours of the class to receive credit. If you cannot be seen on camera during all sessions, you many not receive credit. Need to have reliable high-speed internet access.

Zoom invitation emailed separately with class handouts one day before class. Please make sure [email protected] is a safe sender in your email.

Zoom students need to pay ($695) when picking up materials for instructor-led portion. This is by appointment and typically during the week before class starts. Materials can be shipped for a $20 shipping charge. We send the invoice to email or can text it. We do not receive credit card numbers. No additional fees for using a credit card.

Students attending in person can pay for live-portion and pick up materials the first day of class. If student needs to attend zoom some days, that is an option.
