About this Event
Get ready to power through the holiday season with our Pre-Holiday Power Up Class at Compound Training Facility! This 8-week program occurs every Saturday from October 5th to November 23rd and is designed to help you build strength, boost endurance, and enhance your overall fitness, leaving you feeling stronger and more energized as the holidays approach.

- Week 3: Upper Body Strength & Core
- Week 4: Total Body Circuit
- Week 5: Lower Body & Core Focus

- Week 8: Final Challenge & Wrap-Up
