In this workshop, we’ll create a safe, supportive space to honor all your feelings, holding space for whatever comes up.Together, we’ll explore the nurturing practices of gratitude and self-compassion through the deeply restorative power of Yoga Nidra. During our time together, you’ll:
We’ll begin with a gentle, heart-opening yoga flow to release tension and welcome warmth and ease into your body.
Experience a guided self compassion meditation designed to cultivate a sense of deep gratitude and kindness toward yourself.
After the meditation, you’ll have time to journal with prompts that invite you to reflect on what you're grateful for and how you can nurture yourself during this busy season.
To add to the cozy atmosphere, we’ll be serving hot cider throughout the session, helping you stay grounded and connected to a sense of warmth from within.
