Highlights of the Day:
Dive into the world of taonga pūoro as rongoā pre and post hapūtanga with Hinemoa! You'll have the opportunity to create your own porotiti taonga pūoro , learn beautiful oriori for your pēpī and whānau, and end the day with a rejuvenating sound bath featuring Rongoāuoro .
Experience Mirimiri-a-nuku with Lady Jo, focusing on movement and support for pregnant individuals. Plus, you'll create your very own rongoā room spray .
Join Eru Shelford as he discusses nutrition and fitness during hapūtanga.
Brief Schedule:
9:00 AM: Karakia,Mihi whakatau, Whanaungatanga with Hinemoa
9:15 AM: Session 1 with Jo and Eru Mirimiri-a-nuku
10:15 AM: Paramanawa (snack break)
10:30 AM: Session 2 with Hinemoa - Karakia and Oriori
11:00 AM: Session 3 with Jo/Eru nutrition and fitness during hapūtanga.
12:00 PM: Kai (lunch)
12:45 PM: Session 4 with Hinemoa - Taonga Pūoro and Porotiti Making
2:30 PM: Rongoāuoro with Hinemoa
2:30 PM: Karakia (closing)

A table will be available for mirimiri throughout the day.
Afternoon tea will be provided for everyone to enjoy during the afternoon sessions.
