This seminar is directed at all interested ones and our volunteers!ABOUT THE TRAINING
With this pre-departure training at SCI we want to provide volunteers, camp coordinators and all interested people with a thorough preparation for intercultural experiences and exchange. Be it a workcamp in Switzerland or abroad, or long-term project.
In general, we will provide different energizers and workshops about interculturality, stereotypes/prejudices, SCI history, peacebuilding, conflict resolution, power mechanisms, gender roles, micro-aggressions, etc.
🗣️ The seminar will be conducted in English.
