Our special performers, Eva Beim and Bracha Crayk, will bring unique interpretations of our beloved Chanukkah songs in Hebrew, Yiddish, English and Ladino. Please join us for a heimish evening filled with music, humour, and Chanukkah rituals. Nosh and drinks are included in the ticket price. The event will be broadcast on Zoom. Eva Beim is an American singer, songwriter, journalist and filmmaker. Eva has performed Jewish music at festivals, clubs, and synagogues on both coasts and in Nashville for 40 years, in bands ranging from original pop to large orchestras. In NYC, she performed at Lincoln Center’s Avery Fisher Hall in a Broadway Gala. She inherited Yiddishkeit from her Polish-born father. Learn more about Eva at evabeim.com.
Bracha Pesia Crayk has been teaching, singing and entertaining in San Diego for nearly 4 decades. The San Diego Jewish Academy, Ohr Shalom Synagogue, Guitars in the Classroom, the Jewish Women’s Community Choir, the band Chicken Soup and many others have enjoyed and benefited from Bracha’s musical talents.
