Come join us for our special program focusing on pre & postpartum strength.
Whether you're expecting or recently welcomed a little one, this event is designed to help you stay strong and healthy during this important part of your life. Laura and Lauren will guide you through a safe and effective 8 week program designed to support your body through pregnancy, postpartum recovery and life with a little one.
In the 4 weeks we will progress your workouts as a group, at the end of week 4 we will keep you challenged and progressing with a new customized program.
