PARKING: I am afraid there is no parking directly at the venue. There is however parking available 2 mins walk away at RSU Tower.

WHO WOULD THIS WORKSHOP BENEFIT:
1. Anyone who wants practical tips about posture & core strength to help them feel stronger, fitter, and without pain.
2. Anyone who is struggling to find time for a regular exercise routine.
3. Anyone who is looking for practical, take-away tips that can be implemented immediately.
4. Anyone who has a busy schedule and very little 'me' time.
5. Anyone who would like evidence-based, current information about how to exercise and mve with confidence during their pregnancy, in preparation for birth and for postpartum recivery and return to movement.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
This informal clinic will take the form of:
* a short introductory chat
* a demonstration of the key movements to get started with
* an opportunity to ask questions and seek free guidance
* an opportunity to have a free Diastasis Recti check
We will look at:
* Playing detective with how you're sitting/moving throughout your day and tweaks you can make to improve posture and core strength.
* An analysis of your posture
* Techniques to improve your posture during day-to-day movements
* Stretch and mobility techniques to release muscles associated with your issues
* Strengthening techniques to support issues you might be experiencing
* And a whole lot more, including trusted referrals.
WHAT TO WEAR: We will not be doing a formal workout, but I will give an opportunity for you to try various stretches and release exercises so wearing shorts or trousers might be advisable.
