Nurture and strengthen your mind and body as you prepare for birth and rise to the challenges of parenthood.
This yoga class is designed to meet the needs of your changing body while you navigate each stage of pregnancy and the postpartum period.
Each class combines movements that build your strength and encourage mobility, all while soothing your nervous system and giving you the time and space to turn inward. No yoga experience is necessary. Your non-mobile baby is welcome!
This workshop is appropriate for postpartum individuals and pregnant individuals in any trimester.
Comfortable clothing is recommended. Feel free to bring your own mat, but know that free mats are available for your use in the studio. If you are bringing your non-mobile baby, please feel free to bring anything that you need to support them!
We will have a few blankets/playmats available for newborns. Dr. Savannah is happy to help you incorporate your baby into your practice if you choose.
