This course is suitable for current 200 hour yoga or level 2 pilates teachers who wish to teach pre & post natal yoga. Also available for those without teaching qualifications (must complete an additional anatomy module)Training is held over 2 weekends and will cover:
This training will enable students to support pregnant people through their first, second third and fourth trimesters.
Students will be given a comprehensive prenatal yoga and post natal Pilates program which they can then use as their framework to create their own sessions.
Cost of the training is £895 with an early bird discount of £200 if booked before end June 2024.

£150 deposit required to reserve space, balance payable 4 weeks before course start date.
