On Thursday, September 26, from 9:00am to 12:00pm join us in the Memorial Room for, a visio divina session, much like lectio divina, but using images instead of text. The program title is, “Experience the Word Come to Life—Visio Divina with The Saint John’s Bible.” Tim invites us to spark our spiritual imaginations through Sacred Seeing. This reflective, engaging experience will allow us to focus on a passage from scripture and its accompanying art from the The Saint John’s Bible. Tim will use a communal approach to unpacking the scripture passage and then explore further meaning by pairing the Word with an image. Participants will make fresh discoveries and connections when they see the passage in a new light. The morning will include a break with refreshments.
