Here are the guidelines to co-create an enjoyable, nourishing experience:
1. Speech-free - on this sacred dance floor we practice non-verbal communication through eye-contact and body movements only.
2. Digital-free - please leave your phone in your bag and be present. With your consent, we will take photos and videos for your memories.
3. Shoe-free - for grounding and earth connection
4. Substance-free - alcohol and other substance free 24 hours before, we vibe on natural high
5. Judgement-free of yourself and others
6. Consent and respect are important while engaging with fellow dancers. Please be mindful of other’s journey and confirm a “Yes” by eye-contact or nodding, and “No” with crossed arms or look away.
7. BE FREE - allow yourself to play and move however you want!

- Bring a water bottle with you to keep hydrated
- Bring a journal to note your thoughts and feelings

?About Ceremonial Cacao?
Ceremonial cacao is a sacred medicine crafted from 100% pure ceremonial grade cacao paste, water, a touch of sugar, and sometimes spices, infused with pure love, intentions and blessings. It is a divine plant medicine to open our heart and come home to the infinite love within us.
The cacao trees used in ceremonial cacao production are cultivated in the ancestral lands of the Mayans in South America and increasingly in parts of Asia. While there is no formal "cacao ceremony" in Mayan tradition, the preparation of ceremonial cacao involves a sacred ritual dedicated to honoring and expressing gratitude to Pachamama (Mother Earth) for her abundant gifts and serving as a conduit to the Divine.
The journey of ceremonial cacao, from bean to cup, is a sacred prayer encompassing a series of rituals and blessings bestowed by Mayan elders. Every step, from planting and nurturing the cacao trees to harvesting and creating the final product, is imbued with intention and performed solely by hand to preserve the energetic purity of the cacao paste. This same reverence and mindfulness are upheld during the cacao preparation process.
