We know a lot of you have watched Jose's kidney journey. Many of you have prayed with us and for us for 1) Jose's health, 2)For a kidney match,
3) For Marcus's blood pressure top numbers,
4)For Marcus BP bottom numbers, and
5) For final approval for transplant. We are more grateful for the support than we will ever be able to verbalize!
We know your prayers have helped move the transplant process along, but have also provided a shield of protection for our Spirit's- a rest and peace our souls needed! Seriously, forever grateful!
We are so excited for the approaching day! As excited and delighted in God's movement as we are, we are also feeling anxious in our human flesh! We know this is all in God's hands and his plan has been amazing to watch unfold! Jamie and I were talking about how God has the unique perspective of the beginning from the end that we don't have, which means we rarely understand the process!
As we approach surgery day (November 13th) we would love to gather the body of Christ to pray over and with them and us! Just an informal gathering of our family and friends, and community to pray and give Him thanks and glory! All of our Hope is in Him alone!
We have to be in San Antonio prior to the surgery day for final testing so we will be right at the front of Matketplatz on Monday, November 11th at 7:15PM for anyone who would like to bring these 2 incredible men encouragement and prayer! Very informal, come and go prayer meeting. We would love to see the beautiful faces of the army of prayer warriors who have carried us this far!
On Monday we would love for you to continue your prayers as the guys go into their surgeries. Marcus & Jose goes in at 5:30am. Surgery starts at 8am and should take 4-6 hours
Please remember to cover their families in prayers of peace and comfort during this time.
