Join us for Prayer and Coffee.
This is a space where local leaders, business professionals, ministers, and community influencers will come together for a conversation about the challenges we face in Springfield, Missouri, and the solutions within our reach.
This year, we celebrate 50 years of Victory Mission and step into the next chapter of transformation in Springfield.
Fifty years ago, our founders, Everett and Esther Cook, started something bold. They handed out sandwiches and coffee from the back of their station wagon. They saw neighbors. They saw potential. They saw Springfield.
Victory Mission has grown in the last 50 years. A recovery program, emergency shelter, job training programs, and a movement of hope for men and women trapped in abuse, addiction, prison, and poverty across Southwest Missouri.
But the truth is... Springfield still needs Victory Mission.
This isn't nostalgia. This is an invitation.
This morning brings together ministry leaders, business professionals, and community influencers. People who step in to build the future. Supporting Victory Mission is investing in a proven system that transforms lives from dependence to independence, from shame to dignity, from "I can't" to "I did."
At Prayer and Coffee, hear the story: the grit, the growth, the breakthroughs. See the progress on our new 50,000-square-foot homeless shelter. Discover the plan for the next 50 years of ministry in Springfield.
Our panel includes:
Clay Goddard, President, Burrell Behavioral Health
Dave Cameron, City Manager, Springfield, MO
Krisi Schell, Executive VP of HR, SRC Holdings
Andrea Brady, Regional Manager, Great Southern Bank
These are leaders who understand that thriving cities are built by those who refuse to settle.
That can be Springfield. That will be Springfield.
Hear stories of men and women who've learned to love themselves again. See what happens when a community decides poverty, addiction, and homelessness don't get the last word.
A continental breakfast and coffee will be served. Reserve your seat today.
This is more than an event. It's a legacy moment.
Join us as we honor 50 years of faithfulness and dream into the next 50 years of impact.
