🐓The Prattville Farm Swap is a market for ppl to sell and barter so we work and support our community together. This is a community supported event without vendors and small businesses participating this would not be possible. This event happens every third Saturday of the month from 9 to 2 PM.🐓🐓Hello I’m Rachel Lofton owner of the Prattville Farm Swap we are so glad you decided to reach out !
The vendor fee is 15.00 + tax= 16.50 (2.00 process fee for invoice) and is due the day before the event ! You can pay via cash/card and I can meet you at one of our meet up spots or I can send an invoice that you can pay through 🙏🥰💕
If you are a first time vendor you will need to sign a liability form and then pay a vendor fee then on the morning of the event you can go set up ! We are so grateful to all that have reached out and hope to see you at the swap !
All I need to get you started is these four items :
1. Address
2. Phone number
3. Email
4. Business name
Rules:
* This is a tobacco free area animals and children are always present.
* Arrive on time or msg someone to let them know that you are running late. (If you are late paying your vendor fee 5.00 is added on to the total)
* Dogs must be on a leash at all times no exceptions.
* If you are bringing animals they must be healthy with no visible injuries and have food and water present at all times. They must also be kept in proper containment.
* liability forms are to be completed before you are allowed to sell.
* All vendors must arrive between 7:30am and 8:30 Am if not notified you will have a $5.00 late fee (we ask that everyone arrives between these times so that everyone who comes to attend and shop including their children, can do so safely and without worry of getting ran over)
