Join Jodi Petersen of Optimal Vitality and Tina Diana of Fairy Light Yoga under a canopy of walnut trees for a healing breathwork and sound bath journey on the Fall Equinox at Grub CSA Farm.Our ritual will begin with some movement and breath practices to ground in our bodies, followed by a restorative sound bath….all while harmonizing with nature’s rhythm.
No prior experience necessary - all levels are welcome!
Please bring your own mat, water, and extra cozy items for the sound bath like blankets, pillow/cushion, eye covering, etc. We recommend dressing in layers.
