The Art of Breath and Life Forcewith Kelsey Erin, Verna McKinnon and Ekatra’s School of Traditional Yoga
May 3 + 4, 2025, Saturday & Sunday, 8am-5pm
Prana is understood as the life force or energy that permeates the body and all living beings. It’s not just the air we breathe but the vital energy that sustains all functions in the mind and body. Controlling this prana through breathwork is thought to influence one’s mental, emotional, and physical states- ultimately preparing one for meditation.
Elevate your teaching skills and deepen your personal practice with our transformative Pranayama Yoga Teacher Training. This program dives into the ancient wisdom and modern science of breath, providing you with both practical tools and profound insights.
Learn how to guide accessible and effective breathwork techniques that enhance physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Build confidence in integrating pranayama into yoga classes and everyday life, making yoga a more inclusive and healing practice. Whether you're a teacher looking to expand your offerings or a practitioner seeking depth, this training equips you to inspire and empower others through the transformative power of breath.
