Join Chelsea for a weekend of breath work!This immersion is designed for 200RYTs, YTT students, and dedicated yoga practitioners and will act ask credit for those entering our upcoming 300hr yoga teacher training.
Students will leave this immersion being competent in their pranayama practice and able to lead other on breath work, if they choose.
