I have over 30 years of somatic resonance experience, and I am a pranayama practitioner and teacher. I further explored synergies between gong bathing and Pranayama, the practice of controlled inhalation and exhalation. The teachings from Muktibodhananda, Swami's (2013) Hatha Yoga Pradipika, followed dream states, which led me to enrol in an online pranayama research training with The Mohans, renowned yoga teachers from South India. The Mohans are wise and beautiful people who greatly enriched my understanding and practice.
