About this Event
Join me every first and third Wednesday of the month for a 30 minute pranayama and meditation session. Together we will explore a variety of traditional Yogic breathing techniques to move energy through our bodies, before finding a comfortable seat for guided meditation. No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary. My hope is that these practices will give you peace of mind, mental clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you.
This is a free event, with the option to pay what you wish if you feel inclined to do so. I will provide my venmo in the Zoom chat.
