Prana Pulse is pure magic - An embodied flow choreographed to the beat in a euphoric fusion of body, mind, soul and sound. At Prana Pulse, black lights, a live DJ and neon body paint are essential. Step into another dimension as you let go of inhibitions, and connect with your authentic self.
We combine yoga, somatic movement and elements of dance to bring you a truly unique experience.

11am: Arrive at The Racket Space for body paint, photos and vibe to a set by DJ Saz
11:30am: Short cacao ceremony to open our hearts
11:40am: Embodied flow coreographed to the beat
12:40pm: Integration & Meditation
12:50: Wrap up
Option to join for coffee & chats afterwards at local cafe.
Please give yourself enough time to find parking, etc, doors open at 11am and we will not be able to let anyone in after 11:15am.
Wear: Whatever you want! Neon / Glow in the dark / Sparkles encouraged!

- A mat if you have one, if you don't just let me know and I'll bring one for you!
