Prana Flow Yoga in an EESystem

The second hour will be spent in meditative silence for savasana, which can be experienced on your yoga mat or in one of the comfy chairs. This extended period of stillness reflects the ancient purpose of yoga asana—to prepare the body for meditation. This allows your body to integrate your practice while receiving the benefits of the EESystem, fostering deep inner alignment and harmony.

This practice takes place in a 24-unit Energy Enhancement System (EESystem) Center, a revolutionary technology designed to amplify the life force and light force within. Please bring a yoga mat. Some mats will be available to borrow if needed. No experience necessary.
