I’m so excited to announce the launch of our Prana Book Club—a new space to connect, reflect, and explore the deeper layers of yoga through shared reading and conversation.
We’ll kick things off with a Welcome Meeting on Saturday, August 16th at 12:30 PM at the studio:

This first meeting will be informational—a chance to learn how the book club will work, what to expect, and how you can participate. Whether you’re ready to dive in or just curious to hear more, you’re warmly invited to join us.
