We welcome and invite you to Prana- an immersive ceremonial experience curated to awaken, activate, and harmonize the vital life force energy within. We will begin with sacred smudging to clear and open the space. A heart-opening cacao ceremony follows, inviting deep presence and connection. Next we will journey into Breathwork and Qi Gong to activate, cultivate, and circulate Qi, preparing the body for an ecstatic dance journey where movement becomes medicine. The evening will close with a healing sound bath, weaving frequencies of stillness and renewal to ground the experience into embodiment.YOU are an important piece of this activation, so please join us and bring your unique essence and let's create something beautiful together!

8:00-9:30pm: Ecstatic Dance featuring Boundless Frequencies with live percussion by Dynamic Balance
9:30-10:00pm: Closing Sound Bath Guided by Jesse Kalapa
