Registrations start on 12.9.2025, for now you can do pre-reg to secure your spots and be updated once we release reg forms.

Judge rule for institutions is N-1, i.e. if you send 1 team, you don't need to send any judges, if you send 2 teams, you must send at least one judge, etc.
Missing judge fee: TBA
Registration Fee:
Debaters - 50 euros per person
Judges - 15 euros per person
Accommodation - TBA (will be announced before registration)
Included in the reg fee:
- 3 full meals (Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, Sunday lunch)
- Social on Saturday night (details will be published later)
- IA budget to ensure quality adjudicators
- Tour of Prague city center with a professional guide (details will be published later)
