We’ll have (1) full-day in-person intensive theory/practice session, followed by (6) weekly 1.5 hour Zoom discussions.
This allows you to experience inner peace & joy first hand in-person followed by practical support as you apply it real life.

- Location: Temple Buddhist Center - Classroom D
- Date/Time: Saturday March, 29th from 9AM - 3:30PM (Lunch not provided - Please bring a bag lunch or pickup food on the Plaza)
Weekly Zoom Discussions
- Location: Zoom
- Date/Time: 6 weekly sessions Wednesdays from 6-7:30pm starting April 2nd to May 14th (we’ll skip April 16th)
