During this evening we will work with Constellations. This is a powerful way to help you understand how different factors affect the achievement of your goal. Consider factors such as task, barrier, resource, and focus. Knowing how these factors interact will make it easier to take actionable steps to reach your goal.

This method gives you the opportunity to get out of your head and act only on intuition. This is a great way to experience energy work and show what it takes to achieve your goals. By understanding the factors that influence our success or failure, we can better prepare for any challenges along the way.
Practicalities
Doors open at 17.30 with tea and snacks on arrival please arrive in plenty of time.
Bring a notepad and pen with you to support you to make the most of the insights and learnings that come up during our session together.
