Begin the New Year with deep rest and gentle intention. Join Bharati for a guided Yoga Nidra experience designed to calm the nervous system, release stress and anxiety, and create space for clarity as you step into the year ahead.
Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative, guided meditation practiced lying down. Often described as “yogic sleep,” it brings the body into profound relaxation while the mind remains gently aware. This state supports healing, emotional balance, and mental clarity—making it especially supportive for those feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or fatigued.
During the session, Bharati will guide you through breath awareness, body scanning, visualization, and rest. At the close of the practice, you’ll be invited to reflect on a Sankalpa—a personal intention formed from a place of deep inner listening. Unlike resolutions, a Sankalpa is a quiet, compassionate statement that helps guide the year ahead.
