A class are for new parents with babies around 4 – 5 months old who are about to start introducing solid foods. It is important that you have attended a Karitane group session about introducing solids before coming to this class.
This class is an opportunity to get hands-on and gain confidence to prepare your baby's first solid foods, learn about the textures for different stages, how to include meat in your baby's diet and much more. You also get to take home food samples and a baby food cook book.
