Join Dr. Deeanna Burleson, a nurse and a Veteran, certified in Mind-Body medicine, for a 6 week guided journey to unlock the power of mindfulness, meditation, and self-awareness.
Designed for the stress of today's world, this program teaches simple yet powerful techniques to enhance resilience, reduce stress, and improve overall health.
Through engaging 90-minute group sessions, you'll explore scientifically backed benefits of meditation, including:
- Increased emotional resilience and mental clarity
- Improved sleep and mood balance
- Lower stress hormones and blood pressure
- Enhanced nervous system regulation and heart rate variability
- Decreased anxiety, pain, and symptoms of PTSD
This 6-week engagement takes place in the new St. Peter's Contemplative Center at 101 N Bonner St, Washington, NC, 27889. Join us for weekly sessions starting on September 4 from 1:00 - 2:30pm, running until October 2.
