Rainbow Valley have brought together 2 amazing practitioners Margaret Richie & Janice Clyne to deliver a day course.
The aim of this nutrition workshop is to offer guidance to a route to healthy eating without it being too expensive and a lot of time-consuming work. We want to bring pleasure into eating more wholesome food that nourishes the body and helps people feel well, cover the latest guidance on nutrition and give pointers on how to make realistic changes that will be easy to adopt and be helpful in the transition to making healthy choices.
Margaret Richie is a Practical Nutrition coach and a member of the Complementary Medical Association, she is passionate about teaching people how to eat well.
Fermenting expert Janice Clyne will be introducing the wonderful world of magical microbes and fermented foods and drinks!
Looking at the options available to buy, including yoghurt, kefir, kombucha, kimchi, sauerkraut and sourdough.
Whilst Discussing the benefits and practicalities of making your own, including a demonstration of carrot kraut.
