About this Event
Modern life places constant demands on our attention, energy and nervous system. When stress becomes the background noise of daily life, it can affect focus, clarity and resilience - even when we appear to be coping well on the surface.
This structured and practical lunchtime workshop blends accessible nervous system education with fully guided regulation practices to help you feel calmer, clearer and more steady in both work and everyday life.
Designed for professionals, founders and anyone navigating a full schedule, this session offers realistic tools you can return to long after the workshop ends.
During the session, we will explore:
- How stress impacts the nervous system and why it can leave us feeling wired or exhausted
- The connection between regulation, focus and mental clarity
- Simple breath and body techniques to release tension and restore balance
- Practical ways to support more sustainable energy throughout the day
- A fully guided calming reset to help you rest, regulate and restore
The final part of the session includes a guided restorative practice (lying or seated on mats - or a chair if you prefer) so you can properly pause, reset and return to the rest of your day feeling more grounded and clear.
No previous experience is needed. Everything is clearly explained and fully guided throughout.

This is a supportive, professional space to pause, learn and restore your energy in a sustainable way.
