Practical Agility and Design: An Introduction to Agile and Design Thinking

Learn how to apply practices to clearly define problems and develop creative and testable solutions with Design Thinking and then how to use Agile practices as a way of planning, tracking progress and making iterative changes to continuously improve. Attendees will gain the knowledge and practical application to start projects faster, pivot faster, and build self-managing teams.

Day 1 - You will learn how to creatively identify problems and build solutions into a clearly defined plan. Bring all voices into the conversation, including those who know the most and those who know things you don’t.

Day 2 & 3 - Learn the agile mindset and project management tools that hyperfocus your team on delivering value through supercharged productivity. Participants learn methods for planning, organizing, and executing work that create transparency and trust among team members.

This is an interactive event with a blend of lecture and practical application that will run you through real life scenarios to learn theory and implement practice of taught principles and techniques.

- Full participation in this event comes with a certificate of completion of the course. People who have taken this course before have been able to complete the Agile Scrum Master Certification but additional practice and study is recommended.
