Kim counsels clients on uncovering compelling stories by combining her passion for and background in journalism with her expertise in B2B SaaS. Certified in Culture Index, Kim’s passion lies in helping teams understand themselves, each other and their clients so that they can do excellent work.
Grace Williams
As PANBlast's Senior Vice President, Grace Williams oversees account services, working with agency leadership to understand and react to changes in the media landscape. Using agency data on open rates, placements and OKR completion, she leads the agency in developing best practices and benchmarks to ensure successful campaigns. Drawing from 10 years of experience in marketing and communications, Grace also dedicates her time to agency structure, workload, new services, new business, and agency reporting.
