About this Event
In 2025, the future of work is here, and the people who make up our companies are the key to growth and success. For PR professionals, cultivating a culture of well-being is more than an internal initiative—it's a powerful story that shapes your organization's reputation, attracts top talent, and demonstrates authentic leadership in an era where stakeholders demand genuine commitment to employee care.
When work cultures are grounded in holistic well-being—including physical, mental, career, social and financial—they outperform key people metrics. According to Deloitte's 2023 WorkWell Study, organizations with comprehensive well-being programs saw 41% lower absenteeism and reported 24% higher profit margins compared to those without such programs. Simply put, healthy people deliver and exceed business objectives. A culture of well-being creates compelling narratives that resonate with both internal and external audiences, strengthening employer brand and organizational credibility.
