Saj Hussain is a property entrepreneur and also well known as The Property Joint Venture Expert. Since 2007 he has built a multi-million pound property portfolio. He uses his time, skills and experience to find great investment opportunities and partners up with cash rich investors to create a fantastic return on investment.
Saj’s main strategies are flipping, HMO’s and developments. In 2013 he also founded a specialist HMO lettings and management agency and his team currently manage 500+ rooms in Birmingham.
