Her journey in the business world began in 2012 with a photobooth venture, marking her departure from a career in recruitment. Despite initial success, she faced the daunting challenge of a £60,000 debt by 2014, a result of the steep learning curve in business management, combined with poor financial literacy and a complex relationship with money.
Undeterred, Sarah embarked on a transformative journey in 2015, launching a property portfolio building consultancy and a rent-to-rent lettings business. A major highlight of Sarah’s career was the launch of her book, 'Money Mechanics', in September 2023. The book, a guide through debt clearance, investment strategies, and asset management, became an instant Amazon bestseller. Its success was echoed with the release of the audiobook in January 2024, which also achieved the number one bestseller spot on Amazon.
As an international speaker, Sarah is frequently invited to deliver keynote presentations on topics such as property investment, business operations, Money Mechanics, clearing debt, raising private finance, and creating a business that resonates with one's passion. Her notable speaking engagements include Earls Court London in 2019, Property Network in Lisbon in 2024, and Elite Business Retreats in Ibiza in 2019, 2021, and 2022.
Her journey from £60,000 in debt to becoming a net worth millionaire in under eight years is not just inspiring but also a testament to her expertise and determination. Despite being a woman in a male-dominated industry, she has not only thrived but also become a leading figure in her field.
Her personal interests, including being a huge Taylor Swift fan, she believes in simplifying the topic of money, and her preference for the tranquillity of countryside instead of sporting a Ferrari, add unique dimensions to her character.
