Get ready for another inspiring weekend with Tanja Urankar and Aleš Hren – the powerhouse duo behind SAFE Acrobatics from Slovenia. Known for their uplifting energy, clear teaching, and creative flows, they’re coming back to Poznań to share a brand-new multilevel AcroYoga experience.
Whether you’re taking your first steps in acro or you’ve been flying for years, this workshop will help you grow your confidence, refine your technique, and explore playful new challenges in a safe and supportive space.
Tanja and Aleš will tailor each session to the level of the participants — no prerequisites needed! You can expect a full range of skills, from accessible foundations to high-level tricks.
Meet Tanja & Aleš
Tanja Urankar & Ales Hren are „The Slovenian Acro Couple“. They are teaching workshops, retreats and teacher training worldwide and are the founders of SAFE acrobatics.
For both the essential part about Acro is building up trust, doing the most challenging tricks in the most effortless way and having lots of fun. They are highly experienced in laying and standing H2H and F2H, but they also love crazy washing machines, whips, pops and icarian. Teaching together, they focus on adapting to their students' levels and help them to increase their acro skills. Giving small but important details on the complex movements and encouraging people to take new challenges by respecting their own body and individual level, is their speciality.
What’s on the menu
The main focus here will be F2H and H2H, both L-base and standing, Icarian games, and creative (and a bit crazy) washing machines!
Come for the skills, stay for the energy, and leave with new tricks, renewed confidence, and a stronger sense of community.
