PowHER Hour is geared to bring together women in our community in a positive and empowering atmosphere! This quarter we are excited to welcome special guest Teresa LeRette.

Born and raised in the small town of Kings Mountain, North Carolina, Teresa “T” LeRette has spent the last 30 years building a life rooted in family, faith, and resilience in the Midwest, where she and her husband, Scott, raised their two son. Austin, 30, lives courageously with significant medical challenges and autism, while Logan, 28, proudly serves as an Omaha Police Officer and newly married.

T’s husband, Scott LeRette, authored the best-selling book “The Unbreakable Boy”, which was adapted into a Lionsgate feature film starring Zachary Levi, Meghann Fahy, Patricia Heaton, and Peter Facinelli, along with Best Young Artist award 2025 winner, Jacob Laval, whom portrays Austin, and with award -winning writer-director Jon Gunn at the helm. The film recently received The “Awe and Wonder Award” at the K-LOVE fan awards for 2025 and was nominated for Best Picture.
T is also stepping into the world of film and television as a producer, partnering with “Find Love Safely” on a groundbreaking docuseries/reality that focuses on helping neurodivergent individuals find safe and meaningful romantic connections.
