What is PowerUp Co-Ed?
PowerUp Co-Ed is a new, innovative life skill education program designed to provide tweens and teens with essential tools for mental, behavioral, and social health. This program focuses on equality, safety, good relationships, self-care, leadership, happiness, and academic and life success through fun, active learning experiences!
Highlights of the Program:
- Engaging videos and activities tailored to support mental and behavioral health.
- Life skills training for personal and school safety, equality, and healthy relationships.
- Interactive demos of hobbies, science, careers, arts, and common interests.
- Activities to build empathy and positive, supportive cultures among students, session leaders, and parents.
- Volunteers help run the program to foster connections between youth and their communities, promoting a crucial sense of belonging.
