One of the most powerful tools I use as a One of Many™ Certified Coach & Trainer are these archetypes, or, as we call them, PowerTypes™.
Every woman has access to these five Women’s PowerTypes™ - although the way you express them is unique to you.
Knowing which PowerTypes™ come naturally to you, and which are waiting for you to explore, makes sense of how you show up in your life - at home, in relationships, at work.
The really good news is, that by developing and enhancing your ability to use these PowerTypes deliberately and consciously you gain more agency about how you react to life events, how you manage your relationships and how much energy you have available.
Being a mother is challenging, perhaps the most important role you'll ever have, and often it feels pretty thankless. It's also a time of almost constant change as the children grow and develop along with the family dynamics and your personal relationships.
While navigating these changes, wouldn't it be great to have the energy & drive of the Warrioress, the serenity & decisiveness of the Queen, the patience & compassion of the Mother, the magic of Sorceress and a commitment to pleasure that the Lover brings?
In this workshop we'll explore what each PowerType can bring to your life, experience what they feel like when you embody them, and discover everyday ways to strengthen your ability to connect with them.
This workshop is an introduction to using the Five Women's PowerTypes with a focus on being a mother - but the knowledge you gain and the changes you can make as a result of the workshop can be far reaching - they are leadership tools that can be used in family life, in the workplace, while running your own business or in community roles.
As a gift, and by way of preparing for the workshop, you'll be invited to take the One of Many™ Women’s PowerTypes™ profile test (normally £77) - this helps you identify which PowerTypes you already access easily and effectively and which could benefit from some attention.
You'll also receive a beautiful pack of PowerType cards during the workshop so you can continue developing and enhancing your access to them after the event.
The workshop runs 10:00-16:30 and includes a light lunch. Places are limited and because this is the very first time I'm running it there's a hefty discount - I hope that participants will be happy to give reviews / testimonials for future events.
