Powertex is a water based, non toxic fabric hardener and sculpting medium. Powertex can be used on indoor projects as well as becoming weather/water resistant, once it is fully dried (approximately 3 weeks).
This workshop is run by Michelle Melville certified level 4 powertex tutor.
In this class I will show you how to make your own magical mushroom sculpture (approximately 30cm tall) using powertex, stoneart clay and rock powder. You can also add a fairy door to your sculpture if you wish. You will then colour your sculpture using a dry brush technique. The exact colour and design are your choice and down to your own imagination, but there will be examples to get those creative juices flowing. Once finished you take your finished piece home with you.
Everything You need to make your sculpture will be provided including gloves and apron. Please do wear old clothes you don't mind getting a little messy.
