Let’s challenge the myth that you must choose between being liked or being respected. Because you don’t. In session designed for women and other historically marginalized voices, we’ll unpack what real power looks (and sounds) like—on your terms.
Drawing from research on communication and women in leadership, we’ll identify the subtle ways you may be unintentionally shrinking in your mindset and behaviors. You’ll walk away armed with practical, empowering tools to shift your presence without losing your authenticity.
This isn’t about mimicking someone else’s version of confidence—it’s about stepping fully into your own. You'll get the mindset tools, the science-backed insights, and the real-world practice to elevate how you show up in any space. Get ready to leave with a little more fire in your voice and a lot more clarity in your power.
