NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS
In order to ensure an accurate headcount of attendees and to avoid last minute cancellations, a non-refundable fee of $40.00 is required.
We know plans can change, so if something comes up and you're unable to attend, just let our admins know via email [email protected] at least 3 days prior to the event. This way, we can adjust our preparations accordingly and you won't be marked as a no-show. Please note, that it is NOT possible to get a refund, it is also not allowed to sell or transfer your spot to another member. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
SOCIAL MEDIA Our group values social media engagement, we will be capturing photos and videos during the event. If you prefer NOT to be featured in these posts, please ensure you STEP OUT of the frame during these moments. Rest assured; we will be sharing these moments online regardless. If you wish to remain OFF of social media, kindly remove yourself from the photos or videos during the capturing process. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
