Powerful, Not Perfect: Releasing Shame in Motherhood

Motherhood is beautiful, but it’s also full of pressure, doubt, and unfair expectations. Too often, moms carry shame for needing rest, not feeling “enough,” or simply not having it all together. This support group will provide a safe space for expectant and new moms to connect, share, and learn how to release guilt and embrace confidence.
